Communication policy:
We aim to reply to clients within 2 business days, but often reply sooner. We kindly request the same from our clients.
Delivery policy:
For information products purchased, you will receive the link to download on the thank you/confirmation page and via email within 15 minutes of purchasing. If you do not see the link in that timeframe, please email us at accounts@tintledigitalmarketing.com and we will send it to you.
Cancellation policy:
For one-week trials, you may cancel until 11:59pm on the last day of the trial. For monthly contract services, we require 14 days written cancellation notice.
Refund Policy:
For information products, we allow refunds within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at accounts@tintledigitalmarketing.com with your name, email, item purchased and date purchased to start the refund process. At this time, we do not offer refunds on services.
